Wesley Emergency Centre
The Wesley Emergency Centre is open 24 hours a day every day of the year. It offers patients direct access to the comprehensive facilities on offer at The Wesley Hospital. All staff at the centre are committed to providing the highest standard of care in a compassionate environment.
Patients may be referred to the centre by their family GP, via The Queensland Ambulance Service or choose to visit the centre independently. On arrival you will be assessed by an experienced emergency nurse. Following this you be seen by the doctor in order of priority. The patient seen first will be the person needing most urgent care at that time. Admission to The Wesley Hospital, if required, can be arranged directly from the Emergency Centre.
