No one is ever prepared for cancer, but The Wesley Hospital Choices Cancer Support Centre can help you through the emotional challenges and decision-making process following your diagnosis, throughout your treatment – including management of side-effects – and beyond, as you focus on wellbeing after cancer. Commonly known as Choices, we offer a calm, caring and safe place for men and women diagnosed with any type of cancer, regardless of where you are being treated. There are many ways to connect with us, including:

  • A free call hotline: 1800 227 271.
  • Telehealth (via Zoom) appointments.
  • A welcoming place to drop in.

Choices offers free clinical, exercise and lifestyle services and complementary therapies to men and women with cancer.

In 1998, former Broncos captain Kevin Walters launched The Wesley Hospital Kim Walters Choices Program in honour of his late wife.

The Choices Cancer Support Centre is located beneath the rehabilitation wing of The Wesley Hospital.
