Dr David Carey

Dr David Carey is an Endocrinologist and Director of the Health and Diabetes Centre, Brisbane and specialises in the long-term management of diseases that are caused by an imbalance of hormones and metabolism. These diseases include insulin resistance, diabetes and its complications, thyroid disease, bone and calcium disorders, male and female hormonal problems, menopause, polycystic ovarian disease, pituitary disease, adrenal disease and obesity. 
 
Successful management of these endocrine disorders requires detailed assessment, specialist care and multidisciplinary support, all of which are provided at the Health and Diabetes Centre.
