Dr Wai Lum Yip

Dr Wai Lum Yip is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in high risk pregnancy, cervical dysplasia and, laparoscopic and vaginal surgery. Dr Yip commenced practice at The Wesley Hospital in 2011.

From 2007, Dr Yip was a staff specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and in 2009 was Deputy Director in Gestational Trophoblastic Disease. She has co-authored two publications on gestational trophoblastic disease and has worked with high-risk pregnancies in a multidiscplinary endocrine/obstetric clinic at the RBWH. Her special interests are also in cervical dysplasia.

Dr Yip is a Member of the Cytology Review Group and has performed laparoscopic workshops (Gynae) at the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital.
