07 3858 8610Dr Ben Fitzgerald is a Cardiologist with subspecialty training in Cardiac Imaging (Echocardiography and CT). He is a University of Queensland graduate and has worked as a doctor for the Royal Australian Navy.
His special clinical interests include non-invasive cardiac imaging, transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE), heart failure and cardio-oncology.
He undertook his Cardiology training in Queensland and his Imaging Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in the USA. His research interests include stress echocardiography and cardiac amyloidosis. He is a visiting Echocardiologist at The Prince Charles Hospital.
Dr Fitzgerald consults and tests at The Wesley Hospital. He also consults in the Advara HeartCare heart failure management clinic at our Clayfield centre.
