Career development

All our programs are permanent opportunities, meaning you won’t have to look for a job after you finish your program. You can apply for a position in one of the areas in which you completed your rotations, or look to try something completely different.

We’re in it for the long haul, which is why we’re committed to your ongoing career development. We offer educators, leaders and team-mates who genuinely care about your success. Some have been supporting and educating students and graduates for more than 20 years – so they have a good understanding of what you’ll experience during your first year in the real world.

We also offer scholarships and bursaries to continue your professional development long after your program finishes; and postgraduate study opportunities through partnership with the University of Tasmania.
