Dr Terence Mau is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon specialising in aortic, coronary artery, mitral valve, and electro physiology surgery. Dr Mau commenced practice at The Wesley Hospital in 1993.
Dr Mau completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1980. He completed his fellowships with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons at Royal Perth Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre, Queen Elizabeth Hospital South Australia and Westmend Hospital Sydney. Dr Mau did his post fellowship training as a Senior registrar at the Wessex regional Cardiothoracic Centre, Southampton, United Kingdom. Dr Mau is a member of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Australasian Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
