Tropical Cyclone Alfred update

Updated: Monday 10 March 2025

The Wesley Hospital is operating as normal, and access to the hospital is not impacted.

Please take care and drive safely when coming to the hospital. Road closures and changes to road conditions can be monitored at qldtraffic.qld.gov.au

Access to The Wesley Hospital via Chasely Street may be impacted at the Coronation Drive end, as tides rise and fall in the coming days. Access is typically able to be maintained via the Queensland Rail linkway across Auchenflower Station at the rear of the hospital.

Any patients booked for admission who are unable to travel to the hospital safely are asked to contact the hospital by phoning 07 3232 7000.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we have navigated the impact of Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Take care and stay safe.
