How to apply

It helps to know the application process when you find that job at The Wesley. Here’s what you can expect.

Step 1

Search for roles and if you don’t find a role that suits, sign up for one of our ‘EOI Pools’ or register for a Job Alert

Step 2

When you find a job for which you want to apply, follow the online prompts to sign up (if necessary) and submit your application, which will include uploading a resume and cover letter.

Step 3

If we need more information, we’ll contact you to arrange a phone or face-to-face interview. The role you’ve applied for may also require role-specific testing and assessment.

Step 4

If the interview is successful, we will undertake pre-employment checks. If you’re right for us and we’re right for you, we’ll make you an offer of employment.
